- Planting a plug plant
The plug plants have to be lightly watered. When moving to the planting stage, you don\’t want the plant to be either too dry or too wet. If the plug is too wet, it can pull apart and damage the root structure while planting. It can brittle and also break if the plug plants are too dry in the replanting stage. Make sure that the hole you prepared should roughly equal the size of the plug casing. The existing stem should remain at and the above ground level. There will be some adjustments to the depth of your hole. The trick to remove the plug from the case is by pinching the very bottom of the plastic case to help in removal. Another tip is to make sure the plant is slightly moist which could also help to aid in removal.

- Preparing plug plants
In the case of garden, it might take a 2-inch plot, where most plug plants are developed in much the same way as a traditional garden. You need to understand the plant will undergo some stress prior to being plugged in the ground in the greenhouses and watered regularly. They did not receive direct sunlight, in most cases. Pay attention to their need of water while avoid of overwatering them. There are many plug plants that are annuals. But there are some that can be purchased that are perennials. These will grow in more than one season.
