- Then, contact local solid waste management department or environmental agency to ask on how to dispose of the household chemicals if there is no help that appears from the Earth911. Follow the instructions given if your community that offers a curbside pickup or central hazardous waste disposal facility for the public.
- Most communities will throw at least one event per year for household hazardous waste disposal although many states have been holding these events more frequently.
